Junk food is not good for health



Junk food is an informal term for the type of foods that have little or no nutritional value; if any nutritional content, usually content can cause health problems if consumed continuously.

Generally, junk food is prepared foods that contain saturated fat, salt, or sugar high. The food is not found components of fruits, vegetables, or fiber foods.

Examples of junk food is salty or sweet chips, candy, fast food fried foods, soft drinks or alcoholic beverages, cereals high sugar yield, and others.

Junk food is not good for health, especially if eaten too often. Some effects are obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, infertility, cholesterol, and others.

Therefore, as far as possible we avoid the consumption of junk food too much.
